dzielić vodka comes from Poland, vodka's birthplace. Distilled six times and made from two local ingredients, this vodka has been a favorite since the 15th century. The name “dzielić,” meaning ‘share’, references the Poles vodka drinking tradition, where it’s expected to share your vodka amongst relatives and friends. Decorative folk art is a big part of the Polish culture so the majority of the design feels handmade to resemble the handmade craft that most Polish folk art is. The colors and patterns were inspired by Pysanky eggs and the wooden box in which the vodka comes in, references the once traditional gift which was traded amongst local families.

Colony Collapse Disorder [ CCD ] is an ongoing problem across the globe. This poster series brings awareness to the issue by showing the dramatic effects of what could happen if the bees were to vanish all together by showing appreciated things like food, flowers, and honey (for tea!) in a way that's anything but appealing. They are raw, disturbing, and far from glamorous and emphasize how we take the littlest things for granted without seeing the bigger picture.
A brand identity for Fili, a new Italian tapas bistro located in Minneapolis, MN.
The branding of Fili moves away from the conventional colors seen in most Italian Restaurants (red/green) yet still gives the Fili brand personality. The plum refers to the color of wine and represents luxury while the cream represents the sauces in the pastas and the colors of the buildings and streets of Italy. The goal was to combine current contemporary design with characteristics of masculinity and femininity - while still referencing authentic Italian.

Drip Drop Pure Maple Syrup offers three grade a syrups: light, amber, & dark, all in which are unique in both flavor & aroma. Being appreciated for it’s unique flavor amongst chefs & breakfast connoisseurs, the packaging in which syrup comes in should represent that. The presumably contradicting name “Drip Drop” paired with its aesthetic intends to demonstrate that just because syrup consumption is perceived to be sticky and messy, it doesn’t have to be. These handmade ceramic bottles give reference to the production process of syrup itself. The spout offers a mess-free application & being smaller in size, 16 fl oz, it takes up little room in the refrigerator.

Essential oils, created simply through the extraction of plants, offer many natural health remedies and therapeutic fragrances. They can help you focus and feel relaxed, much like playing cards, where one experiences “feel-good” endorphins that come from competing and socializing amongst a group of people.
Inspired by the use of playing cards, Two of Herbs is a plantable kit that contains a deck of aromatherapy cards and nutrient-packed soil dice. Each card contains two types of seeds that are embedded in the plantable paper and pair nicely when planted together.
